I worked in DCFP ( Debit Card Fraud Prevention ). Deploying initiatives towards identifying fraudulent transactions on the Debit cards, international cards like lost cards, never received cards, stolen cards, card details misused on the Internet and counterfeit cards. I have Received cross-functional training on the cash back transaction of debit cards. Ensure Quality and compliance is adhered to as the company has Zero tolerance towards compliance breach or any security issue. Ensure proper adherence to compliance and DPA and PCIDSS as a part of process standardization identify fraud activity on debit card of customer. I review all transaction on card and validate them.
