I have done Masters in Social Work from University of Delhi and currently have more than 11 years of experience in Operations Management, Fund-raising, Developing Projects and making proposals for Skill Development Programs and implementing CSR activities. At Consortium of Women Entrepreneurs of India i have conceptualized, designed and developed standardized training modules for SMEs. I have helped rural and urban marginalized women for self-employment and Income generation activities and in setting up their own enterprises under Entrepreneurship and Skill Development programs providing skills training, bank linkages and market support both National and International. I have also acted as a consultant to corporates in Social Development Sector and impanelled with Government Organizations and Training institutes. I have also carried out various researches in the field of Social Development, Environment and Gender in my previous organizations. Beside this I have convened International Conferences such as International Women Entrepreneurs Meet, International conferences on Intellectual Property Rights funded by United States Patent and Trademark office, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
