I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Guelph, where I learned about the principles and applications of human movement and health. I also have a certification in Excel Essential Training, which helps me perform data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently and accurately. In addition to my current role at YMCA. I have over two years of work experience in the fitness and wellness industry, developing vital problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
