Hardware Management:• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of iMacs and MacBooks.• Perform hardware upgrades and repairs as needed.• Manage inventory and track devices to reduce manual effort in inventory handling.Software Configuration and Management:• Configure and manage software installations and updates on macOS devices.• Ensure all systems are compliant with company policies and security standards.Network and Connectivity:• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity problems.• Configure and maintain network settings for optimal performance and security.ServiceNow and Helpdesk Support:• Utilize ServiceNow Help Central Portal to manage and resolve tickets for MDM device enrollment.• Address and resolve issues related to email and printer configurations and operations.• Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.Reporting and Analysis:• Generate weekly reports using Microsoft Office applications to track and evaluate system performance and issue trends.• Develop plans to mitigate recurring issues based on trend analysis.Cross-functional Collaboration:• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the internal ticketing tool, Wrike, to streamline issue handling and resolution.• Collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.Troubleshooting and User Support:• Provide expert troubleshooting for a wide range of technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.• Offer technical support and guidance to users, resolving their IT issues promptly and effectively.Process Improvement:• Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.• Implement best practices for system administration, network management, and user support.
