About Arjun Thapa
I started off my career trajectory in the field of Nutrition & Dietetics back in Nepal as it was a fairly new course and my curiosity got the better of me. This curiosity brought me to Australia to pursue Masters in Public Health (Nutrition). While pursuing my masters I encountered with several theoretical community based settings. During one such engagement I was intrigued by the role of a social worker. What I particularly found interesting was that social workers were there at the frontline making the kind of difference that I wanted to make and hence after completing my masters I decided to embark on a journey to become social worker.I am an energetic team player with a brief experience in providing support to elderly people. Proven track record of working with people from culturally diverse background in a variety of settings including hospital. Thus, helping me to develop my interpersonal skills. 2 years’ experience in supervising and leading a team to accomplish given task on time.
