I have over ten years of experience in project management and software development. I am passionate about sustainability and technology, leading with sustainable business practices and leveraging IT proficiency to deliver quick and efficient results. Currently working in the NSW public sector, I manage implementation of digital and technology projects through a lean and agile approach, including managing all aspects of a project's life-cycle: from initiation and planning to execution and control/closure. Prior to that, I supported start-ups and scale-ups to help create a vibrant innovation ecosystem through the NSW Government's Minimum Viable Product (MVP) grant program. I have also managed projects in the higher education sector, most notably Univative, an annual collaborative inter-university employability/consulting program where I centrally managed all aspects of the program delivery for six universities. I have also worked in software development with exposure to business analysis and different phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).I am a problem-solver. I have demonstrated successful results in my career managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders (sponsors and senior executives, private and public sector organisations, universities, students and volunteers) all while effectively coordinating project deliverables (business development; budget and expense tracking; event planning and management; to name a few). This versatile experience as well as my "can do" attitude has empowered me to lead projects in a dynamic business environment. Being an emotionally intelligent leader, I value cultural diversity and manage teams with a confident, mature and empathetic approach.
