My daily tasks include:- Delivering testing solutions effectively in both traditional and agile environments, balancing independent work with seeking senior guidance when needed.- Defining and validating functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technology limitations, and assisting in mitigating quality risks.- Writing, reviewing, and maintaining software, ensuring adherence to version control practices and coding standards.- Creating and maintaining testing documentation, testing evidence and release notes to support clear communication.- Supporting and maintain existing systems and providing guidance and support to team members as and when required.- Applying expertise in Performance, Quality Engineering, and Security to enhance project outcomes.- Developing test plans, design and identify test conditions, execute tests, and manage defects to ensure comprehensive coverage.- Reviewing and defining requirements, performing root cause analysis, executing test suites, and applying quality practices throughout the project lifecycle.- Participating in agile ceremonies, mentoring teams to deliver working software, and collaborating with Business Owners to refine acceptance criteria.- Conducting performance risk assessments, developing workload models, executing performance tests, and integrating metrics to optimize performance.- Preparing daily status and test summary reports.- Conducting Defect Triage meetings.
