• Managing end to end merchant relationship, consultative selling, commercial and business terms negotiation, on-boarding and integration, merchant escalations and monitoring merchant performance and growth for Paytm Payments business. • Working as key member of sales and alliances team, driving key goals for the Paytm online and offline payments business like revenue, new products implementation and brand visibility.• Establishing foster strong C-Level relationships with the merchants to bring out most value.• Identify new opportunities in the industry to create strategic alliances with partners for mutual growth.• Strategize marketing activities and promotions to increase the brand visibility and maximizing transaction and revenue growth.• Responsible for alliances with various key merchants for Paytm products-Paytm payment gateway and wallet solutions, deals and promotions. To help in acquiring and managing key accounts.• Acquire key accounts in the industry to keep on increasing the portfolio- Leading Food, Grocery, Entertainment and broadband merchants across South India.

• Channel partner engagement, motivation, profitability and retention• Manage sales team ways of working, capability building, motivation and retention• To plan strategize and implement the Sales & Distribution process to enhance width and depth of distribution• To design and administer the Sales & Distribution Budget for various promotional schemes• Market expansion, Channel & retailers meets and market engagement to ensure high levels of productivity and brand visibility• Managing products & developing markets for the same. Ensure timely redress of distributors claims/issues & concerns• To ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Post purchase brand experience by efficient customer Service delivery in the region

• Handling and Development of direct Dealer Network (30+ Dealers )• Design and Implementation of Schemes (Monetary/Gift/Trip) to drive volumes of mainlines/focus/new products• Conceive and execute Field Marketing Activities at Dealer and influencers level (Architects, Interior Designers, Painting Contractors)• Selling of Color banks (Dealer Tinting System of Berger Paints) to deserving dealers to enhance market shares and drive emulsion sales• Ensuring timely collection of payments (FCD & RPD).• Gather business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings in order to reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings.• Customer Complaint Handling• Conducting Retail Audit (Competition Mapping)• Demand Planning
