• Study client drawing to prepare fabrication drawing and cutting layouts for shop floor.• Co-ordinate with different projects under going.• Prepare each activity estimation and overall budget of the project, oversee cost controling.• Conduct Quantity surveying and preparation of invoice accordingly. • Full responsibility of the time frame and quality assurance of the projects under going.• Inspection of fitups, weld visuals and preparation Q/C related documents like fitup and weld visual reports.• Keeping track of NDT requirements as per project specification and ensuring the compliance before giving NDTclearance for test packages• Conduct different NDT tests to ensure the quality of the projects.• Working with materials like CS,SS, Alloy steel, LTCS, Duplex & Nickel Alloys.• Incharge of many MEP fit out work carried out.• Erection of ducting according to the coordination drawing.• Placing orders for the ducts to the fabrication companies by taking dimensions from the drawings.• Raise WIR and conduct inspection.• Communicate with clients.
