• Worked as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the LMS NG RFC project and along with development/testing team, successfully delivered more than 50 RFCs. LMS NG is the new generation Cargo Management Software that is being developed by Unisys in the Java platform.• Handled RFCs from different clients like Delta, Air Canada, Scandinavian Airlines, Air New Zealand, Air Asia, Malaysian Airlines, ASL Airlines Belgium etc.• Working as the SME in the NG Migration Team. Major duties include analyzing the business process of different clients, documenting a migration strategy for each client, reviewing the documented strategy with the clients, proposing business process modifications that would enable a smooth migration and cutover to the new LMS NG system and documenting the business process scenarios for each client based on historical data.

• Worked as Product Definition Analyst in the Referential Data Stream (RFD) of Amadeus. Referential data maintains all the master data like Airport Codes, City codes, Time zones, Geo Codes etc. that are accessed by various applications in Amadeus like PNR, Ticketing, and Inventory across the globe.• Worked as Business Analyst for MVS/TPF decommissioning projects for Amadeus. MVS and TPF are IBM mainframe legacy systems which are used for storing large amount of Master data, which is accessed by various Amadeus applications across the globe (since 2000). MVS and TPF systems were decommissioned by June 2016. So all data stored in those systems needed to be migrated to RFD framework, which is an Oracle database.

Member of the Operations stream of the Lufthansa Cargo Project Implementation Team. The biggest project ever undertaken by IBS in the Air Cargo domain.• Actively participated in the requirement gathering and documentation phase of the Lufthansa Airlines project.• Single handedly drove the Security and Screening concept for Lufthansa during the requirement phase. Developed the solution for Security and Screening module in accordance with IATA and Industry standards.• Was the primary BA for the Lufthansa D-Station implementation (D-Stations are stations with considerably lesser number of flights and lesser cargo volume) and successfully implemented iCargo in more than 40 stations across the globe. • Conducted Training for end users as part of Lufthansa D-Station implementation remotely via WebEx for more than 5 stations.
