The main challenges encountered were: -The heavy weight of the structure. -The large dimensions of the foundation (25m x 30m)- transporting with an overhanging towards the PORT side of the CSV. - Due to the presence of many vents, the foundations were transported at an elevation of 800mm from the deck, and the modules at an elevation of 2000mm from the deck.• Executed seafastening design for equipment, containers, RDS, A-frame, Deployment Chute, and concrete mattresses.• Designed handling yoke for Umbilical Termination Assembly (UTA), winch grillage and seafastening, tagging towers and omni padeyes.• Conducted design and analysis of Saddle frame and Floater frame for production and MEG spools during post-metrology stage.• Prepared design memos and reports, and ensured drawings adhered to client’s specifications.
