I work with key stakeholders to maintain plan trajectory and provide evidence to inform changes when required.- Initiating capital investment and project sponsorship related to the asset class at key project stages (project initiation or Gate 1, outline solution or Gate 2, and post-project completion or Post-Gate 5).- Assisting Treatment Process and front-line teams to drive the appropriate interventions (operational, block, schemes).- Identifying short-term management options from received risks escalations or identifying intervention requirement for complex and costly activity, thereby reducing intermediary risk.- Providing a coherent view of the asset class risk position and progressing and moderate risk to drive mitigation and reduction over time.- Actively seeking, recording, managing, and communicating risk and opportunity with respect to the waste treatment asset base, safety, and cost.- Driving a strong business partnering culture underpinned by healthy challenge and control to understand risk position and plan to reduce this over time.- Providing expertise to key stakeholders, developing effective relationships with the key stakeholders across Asset Strategy & Planning, Asset Intelligence & Innovation, and Production (including Bio-resources).
