I was involved in training delivery for the front end staff of Pantaloons, I delivered highly engaging programs using sophisticated delivery techniques which resulted in higher retention and as a result more chances of the concepts being applied in real time scenario. I also actively practiced the concept of distributing learning over time to ensure better acquisition of knowledge and skill.
