Current• Designing and planning the program while proactively tracking its progress, addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions.• Defining the program's governance arrangements to ensure structured management.• Overseeing quality assurance and maintaining the program's overall integrity, focusing on internal consistency and alignment with infrastructure planning, as well as compliance with corporate, technical, and specialist standards.• Managing the program's budget and performance on behalf of the Project Sponsor, overseeing expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits, and striving to maximize ROI.• Mitigating risks to the program's successful outcome by initiating additional activities and management interventions whenever gaps or issues are identified.
