The objective of the project i was part of was to provide end to end Incentive Compensation solution and seamless experience to the client. The work on the project ranges from Incentive Compensation plan design, sales crediting, setting the objectives of the sales force, implementing the IC plan on the system and to provide the various reports to the client as per their needs along with ad-hoc analysis for all the five work streams. Also managing the various contests based on the different metrics and the eligibility of the sales force are integral part of the project.My Key responsibilities on the Project were:• Incentive Compensation Plan Design, Plan Health Check, Payout Curve Modeling and Analysis.• Sales Crediting of the data. • Objective setting for the sales force.• Implement the IC plans and the various sales force motivational contest plans on the system.• Processing and generation of the Client Reports based on their requirements.• Ad hoc analysis requested by the client. • Formulating a proper Quality framework for ensuring quality on all the deliverables.• Coordinating with the client as well as the team on-shore for the day to day activities and plan for timelines and deliverables working closely with the consultant.• Work on process improvement and documentation to make the process more operationalized and person independent. • Ensure proper change management using ZS internal tools.• Helping the new team members get on board and to guide and mentor them being the experienced associate on the project.

Planning :• Reviews all preliminary reports, Sales Orders & Technical Specifications for the allotted project.• Assists the Project Manager to make L2 Schedule for the allotted project.• Assists the Project Manager to make the Project Billing schedule.• Assists the Project Manager to make and continuously monitor the Project Cost Sheet.Coordinating :• Conducts meetings with various departments such as Design, Supply Chain & Finance.• Works closely with other departments so that decisions in these areas are timely & consistent throughout the project ensuring the flow is continuously maintained.• Conducts meetings with customer and third party consultancy firms for purpose of approvals, fund allocation , dispatch clearance , site mobilization.Controlling :• Reviews Progress.• Allocates Budget to Purchasers.• Helps Project Manager to re-schedule plans.• Reviews entire project for continuity & completeness.• Reviews procurement status, follows up with vendors if necessary.• Co-ordinates customer inspection & 3rd party Inspection.Communicating:• Maintains continuous communication with all personnel assigned to the project and the client throughout the project time frame.
