Quality Management of the newest ABB’s business model supplying transformer components to the other ABB sites within 2 Product Groups and 4 Product Lines (Power Transformers, Traction Transformers, Resibloc Transformers and Vacuum Casted Transformers.). Building the quality team to fulfil the requirements on different levels (from incoming inspection to complaints management from the Customer ). Continuous and direct contact with Customers (within ABB and external) to understand their needs and propose internal solutions where necessary. Maintaining of ISO (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) and the other standards requirements according to the Customer’s needs.

Quality Department building/maintaining with implementation of Integrated ISO System requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). Building ISO culture in the organization including trainings for the Quality and Operations team. Setting up the standards for quality as well as health and safety and environmental management. Establishing in cooperation with factory director short and long term quality plans and targets for company structures. Hosting and leading the quality management reviews. Initiation of labour-saving activities. Supervising the changes implementation by controlling their compatibility with internal ABB requirements, external standards and Customer needs. Monitoring the implemented process changes effectiveness. Indication of discrepancies between processes assumptions and real status. Corrective and preventive actions initiations. Implementation and supervision of ABB Group Quality Policy. Education for employees with self-control indication and building the quality supporting culture. Internal and external audits management and leading. Customer complaints analysis and coordination of complaints raised for suppliers.

Global development and execution of the Quality Systems for all Customers. Continuous improvement projects and green fields projects implementations. Analysis & quality reports preparation for European and North American Global Quality Dept. needs. Data consolidation, saving projects management, production and quality cost data analysis. Assurance of Medical Devices regulations (ISO 13485, FDA and GMP requirements) and specific Customer’s regulations. Consolidation of the international requirements between separate Company sections (implementation of ERP systems including CFR 21 part 11 regulations). Management of Customer Escapes, Medical Devices Incidents (CAPA management, determination of problem solving actions). Response, tracking and closure of Customers escalations. Design, creation and implementation of the packaging and labelling processes to assure highest standards of traceability. Quality Department management (including direct and indirect employees). Introduction of the new Customers and their products. Validation of the new products and manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, SAT, FAT, UAT) including ISO 13485, FDA and GMP requirements. New products and processes risk management (FMEA), Coordination of Lean tools implementation. TRIZ tools implementation. Supplier audits prior and while cooperation (certification processes).

Inspection of the incoming and outcoming components (finish goods). Assuring the reliability and quality of the electronical equipment. Measuring and test equipment calibration - internal laboratory tests and coordination with external certification parties. Implementation of the new product families and pre-production tests of the products assembly, packaging and shipping processes. Fiber Optic Cables manufacturing processes validation.
