Job Description:1) Leading site & country Quality Management System to support business.2) Ensure collaboration with Arla Global QEHS to implement best practice at site & country. 3) Look after consumer complaint management system aligning with cross functional team.4) Lead change management from QEHS, Packaging & Food safety perspective.5) Take lead on NPD collaborating with global & local NPD team.6) Ensure ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 standard sustenance at site aligning with global QEHS team.7) Responsible for packaging supplier audit & evaluation & new vendor development from technical PoV. 8) Working with sales function to ensure compliance in market return & Good warehousing practice across the country to support business.9) Manage a team for site QEHS operation via effective leadership & collaboration. Report to Head of Operations & Global QEHS business partner of Arla Foods International. 10) Manage & support regulatory team for effective collaboration with BSTI, BFSA etc. 11) Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.12) Ensure strong compliance to maintain robust safety culture across the site to comply with global & local requirements.13) Training on Quality, Food safety, Safety, Occupational Health for Shop floor employees by engaging & inspiring.14) Leading both internal & external audit process.15) Collaboration with global QEHS, supply chain, NPD to execute tasks as per project requirements.

1) Ensure Quality of formulation product, finished goods & other incoming finished bulk, raw materials by qualitative & quantitative analysis (GC, HPLC, UV etc.) to comply with Syngenta quality policy & guideline.2. Ensure and conduct validations of analytical method. Perform Residual impurity (RI) analysis 3. Implementing, monitoring, review and training of SOPs & also ensure quality of third party site (Tolling site).4. Identifying hazard, unsafe behavior or act, near miss, non-conformity, ensure PPE management in production floor.5. Ensure on time reporting of site quality & production line Quality KPI.6. Ensure Quality of packaging materials (Pouch, CFB, pet & HDPE bottle, screw cap etc.) & new packaging development.7. Develop shop-floor employee engagement through quality tool box session training, annual review, monitoring, and mentoring8. Suppliers performance review.9. Follow up all types of change control (Management of change) through proper documentation.10. Inventory management of analytical standard, chemicals, spare machineries etc. & calibration of all laboratory equipments from external source if required.11. Waste management and reporting.12. IPC/ GMP compliance checks during regular GMP rounds for compliance.13. G-SAP operation to ensure timely release of material & product for smooth production & dispatch15. Ensure ETP opration & Waste water analysis16. Conduct Fit Test for all floor employees as a team member of Occupational Health standard.17. Support HSE function in all sorts of activities as required.18. Retention sample collection, monitoring & disposal, compilation of batch documentation & retention.19. Conduct Process performance & product performance as part of QA compliance.20) Perform HRA, ERA as a part of Occupational health team including Cholinesterase test for shop floor employees21) Ensure regular training activities for shop floor employees regarding Quality

01) Visit different industry (Food, pharmaceuticals, Beverage, Cosmetics) for inspection. Ensure the overall production process as completely safe and hygienic and promote Halal QC & QA process including HACCP guidelines.02) Preparing Audit report for issuing Halal Certificate.03) Analysis of different food additives (by third party) and its negative impact on Environment and human consumption. 04)Ensure total Quality, Health, Safety and environmental system is maintaining according to Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) for example ETP plant and its proper use to maintain BOD, COD, pH, Conductivity etc to be environment friendly.05) Visit different FMCG industries of Bangladesh namely Akij Food & Beverage, Abul khair Food Industries, BD food Industries, Atlas food industries etc for audit and issuing Halal Certificate.

1) Ensure quality of different types of steel sample by Optical Emission Spectrometer and other volumetric process. 2) Analysis of different chemicals in UV Spectrophotometer. 3) Test of different water quality parameter specially hardness, pH etc. 4) Quality control process of different types of steel 60, 40 Grade, TMT bar, SK.
