About Dr. Arlene S. Williams

As a natural leader, I noticed that communities were suffering and are no longer safely anchored to solid principles. Concerned that our nation's cities are beginning to drift without a clearly defined, principle-based focus, I founded Connecting Generations. The goal is to prepare for tomorrow by having the community’s youth recognize the strength and wisdom of elderly adults and the heritages that connects the past to the future. We service the City of Atlanta, Fulton, Cobb, and Gwinnett Counties.Connecting Generations fosters intergenerational activities between youth and senior citizens through the engagement of interactive, intergenerational activities. We offer a wide range of leader-led development programs such as life skills, leadership training, community building, and personal development. We focus on the eight dimensions of wellness which includes, emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual and environmental. We have partnered with numerous organizations in our local communities to offer these programs.Some of the initiatives which Ms. Williams is responsible for includes but not limited to:
