R&D Incharge And Process Design Engineer

Perform the following responsibilities• Develop new products based on market demand• Approve new formulation for the production of products • Approve new raw materials including chemicals and enzymes• To produce product samples for sales team• Develop and maintain all technical data sheets, MSDS etc for new and existing products• Maintain all raw materials, additive and finished product lists• Maintain R&D and lab activities properly• Develop and train lab technicians on all lab procedures• Review lab results for quality issues, coordinate with G.M Operations, and manage changes as necessary• Initial planning of product to final state utilizing process flow charts, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and control plans as required• Review the process w.r.t efficiencies and performances.• Identify bottlenecks in the process and suggest solutions in coordination with concerned departments.• Ensure all processes are being carried out as per design and SOP’s.• Prepare the design of any assignment given by the C.E.O for existing processes or new projects.• Negotiation with vendors w.r.t technical design and details.• Identify and report changes to project scope;• assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules;• provide assistance during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. For example, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations, and write purchase orders;• contribute to appropriate studies, analyses, and recommend actions;• assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.• Communicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders.• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.
