Role Main Responsibilities: _Using innovative design processes to improve project economics, plant reliability, performance, and efficiency_Activity planning, work scheduling, assigning responsibilities to Engineers & Draftsmen, and monitoring to meet the project schedule with resource optimization_Participating in client’s technical and clarification meetings, making suggestions and resolution for problems_Providing process technical support for the development of Management plans, Functional Description, ITP’s, commissioning and performance test plans_Conducting HAZOP studies, shutdown philosophy, and cause & effect_Preparing data sheets and equipment lists_Improving process capability and production capacity while maintaining and improving quality standards_Preparing commissioning and start-up procedures and supervision on implementing using checklists_Investigating and troubleshooting process related problems and Process monitoring_Preparing and reviewing PFDs and P&IDs

South Pars Gas Complex with 14 gas refineries is the biggest gas company in Iran and one of the largest of its kind in the Middle East.Role Main Responsibilities: _Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and starting-up of the gas treatment units with the capacity of 57,000,000 cubic meters per day_Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and starting-up of the Utility’s units such as Desalinated & Demineralized Water, Potable Water, Oily Water Treatment, Storm basin, Sanitary Wastewater_Accomplish general process activities (as Process Engineer) like preparing PFDs and P&IDs, Heat & material balances, equipment and instrument data sheets, preparing Pump Hydraulic Profile Calculations, Filling line lists and etc._Changing the operation and control parameters and monitoring the trends and final product specification_Investigating and troubleshooting process related problems_Attending in HAZOP and SIL meeting as the Process engineer and follow up the closeout reports_Recognizing hazards and following safety guidelines for personal protection of fellow workers and public_Working with DCS such as Yokogawa and different types of PLC_Managing panel operators, especially in critical situations

Role Main Responsibilities: _Working closely with maintenance personnel, especially during overhaul periods_Preparing the unit and equipment before issuing hot and cold work permits_Pre-commissioning, commissioning and controlling normal operation of Utility’s units_Recording process parameters such as temperature and pressure, reporting any abnormalities and monitoring the pulse/vibration of different rotating equipment
