Armand Candea, a Chicago native, has always has an appreciation for architecture and an interest in urban planning. After graduating from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Architecture, Armand held a number of positions in the construction and real estate industries, but that wasn't enough. Armand Candea wanted to make a bigger impact. In 2006, Armand founded Candea Development with his brother, Alan Candea.
