Candea Development

At Candea Development, we strive to improve the lives of our tenants and our community. Founded in 2006 by brothers Alan and Armand, Candea Development has worked on both commercial and residential projects in the greater Chicago areas. While projects may vary greatly, there are three core values that ring true for all Candea Development properties: 1 - All Candea properties must be in walkable neighborhoods, in close proximity to to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and parks. This ensures tighter knit communities and greater support of local businesses. 2 - Candea Development properties are built on extra-wide lots, allowing for plentiful space, with open floorplans and outdoor living spaces. 3 - Candea Development has an appreciation for Chicago’s rich and diverse architecture, so everything is done to preserve the original characteristics and structure of the buildings architecture as much as possible.
