Responsible for the operation of the assistance service on tour and incident management services. This is a key role that involves the supervision of the production and successful execution of the tour: before, during and after it.I am always looking for ways to improve processeses, team's performance, productivity and efficiency of the area, as well as the preparation and administration of the department's budget and the direct costs on tour. Ensure that all emergencies reported in our emergency/incident CRM are operated and resolved with a fast and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers.In recent years I have learned in a fun and dynamic way, the most effective customer support techniques to improve service during the tour.
