Manage access control and CCTV system technology, guard force and general vendor management.Independently conduct complex investigations of suspicious or unlawful activity directed at employees, the corporation, and/or corporate assets in a prompt and expeditious manner.Investigate assigned cases, which include intellectual property rights violation, theft, fraud, and employee misconduct in order to protect Platinum Equities interests, employees, partners and assets.Direct and lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activitiesDirect response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or propertyServe as primary liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcementDevelop training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel assigned to the site to facilitate effective performance during incidents and events Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardRecruit, interview, and train team members.
