I pride myself in doing the best that I can in whatever role I am asked to perform. Today, that role requires me to look after a team of 70+ engineers and support staff. I support a large operations and maintenance contract and help optimize contract performance through professional development, career counseling, conflict resolution and project staffing. I am also responsible to our company's operating unit and work closely with other program managers and directors to track financial and staffing trends.
