I pride myself in doing the best that I can in whatever role I am asked to perform. Today, that role requires me to look after a team of 70+ engineers and support staff. I support a large operations and maintenance contract and help optimize contract performance through professional development, career counseling, conflict resolution and project staffing. I am also responsible to our company's operating unit and work closely with other program managers and directors to track financial and staffing trends. Engineering Managers collaborate with local, regional and national engineering center managers to forecast manning needs, assess training requirements and develop our staff for the future.Northrop Grumman continues to be a leader in Information Technology, CyberSecurity and Intelligence Systems.
