In this role I oversaw a Greenfield launch in Tianjin-China for BlackBerry/RIM, coordinating a multidisciplinary team from USA, Hungary, Mexico, China, Malaysia and Singapore. We introduced the Dakota BlackBerry 890, building a total of 20M+ units.

I would then provide quote and quantification of impact in terms of yield and cost to evaluate defect rates that were lower than 1%.
