I am working as an industrial manager with the responsability of all operations within the local organization of an international group. My main responsabilities are; ;* Manufacturing and its optimization* Supply chain management (purchasing, raw material and production planning, spedition)* Continuous improvement (especially OEE improvement, daily management, gemba walks and 5S) * Team building and its management, HR activities* R&D activities* Execution of quality managemnt system of the group* HSE activities

My responsibility was involving three functions; * Continuous improvement: Coordination and follow up of necessary lean management studies related to balanced score card targets via policy deployment.* Engineering departmet: Defining and creating and updating the BOM and routing of products on SAP and method studies. * Operational costing: Creation and management of monthly standart costing on SAP.

By working on manufacturing area long enough, I am convinced that the only way to improve the results is to improve the processes. And accepted methods must be used to carry out those improvements. Since this is basically a change management in way of working and this kind of movement must be driven from inside the company, I took the master degree on "performance and health at work" from Supmeca University in France. The program was composed of lean methods given by experts and consultants from automotive industry. After achiveing that degree my main responasabilities were;* Coordination of continuous imporvement studies within the company which were decided by the steering committee in group level* Content preparation and/or giving the trainings within the company* Runing and/or mentoring the kaizen workshops decided by the diagnosis studies

After turning back from abroad mission I worked about one and a half years on improving glaze production operations, which is one of the two main semi products of the ceramic production. Basically I focused on setting a system based on measurement to visualize and manage better the operations. I also set the way of working on standards to accelerate the decision taking processes.

The company I am working for made its first abroad investment in Italy which is the sector leader in the world and I was the one selected as the plant manager that was a key role within the organisation. my main responsabilities and achievements in this role were;* Scrap reduction and OEE improvement by optimization in production process* Managing the investments* Team leadaership with the philosophy of "leading by doing"* Rapidly learning of italian langue to communicate with the plant staff* Working in coordination with foreign executives

I accepted this production chief role when the related plant was far away from the expected results in terms of quality level and capacity usage. I managed to align 130 employees on the same target and with the help of team spirit and technical knowledge transferred to them, I reached the expected targets within one year.

During the first year of this role I managed the R&D projects sponsored by the government. The second year I was in the role of product preparation where I increased my level of experience on field.

Firstly I worked on raw materials then by the help of this knowledge I started work on body and glaze, which are the two main semi products of the ceramic production, recipe formulations. To understand better the effects of those recipes in production, I worked as a member of support team. Later on during the new investment of Kalesinterflex product, I was involved for its body formulation and composite reinforcement studies.

I took the courses in 7 modules about Strategy, Change Management, Policy Deployment , Supply Chain, Negotiation, Finance and Business.

Master, Lean Management

The theme of this master degree was "performance and health at work" which I took it in order to dominate lean management philosophy.
