China's World is a new journal aimed at examining the many dynamics involved in the two-way interaction between China and the range of phenomena and processes associated with globalisation. It appears twice a year and is aimed at the general public as well as the academic and business worlds. The journal invites two types of submissions from prospective authors: 4-5,000 word articles considering some specific aspect of the relationship between China and globalisation and 1,000 word articles focused on business, economic, trade and investment elements of this relationship. The shorter articles appear in a special section entitled 'China's Business World'. Authors are paid a fee of £250 for the longer articles, £150 for the shorter on publication. Issue 1 had the general title 'China's Encounter with Globalisation', Issue 2 'China and Globalisation in the Era of Xi Jinping and Issue 3 (published online in May 2017) 'Globalisation: the Downside'.
