As the Command Sergeant Major at Fort Sill US Army Garrison, I oversee the daily operations and activities of more than 6,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors. I am responsible for ensuring the readiness, welfare, and discipline of the Garrison, as well as providing strategic guidance and direction to the senior leadership team.With over 25 years of military service, I have developed and honed my skills in leadership, team building, employee development, community relations, and change management. I have successfully led and implemented several change initiatives, such as the Army Community Service Transformation, the Integrated Personnel and Pay System, and the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as the local government, businesses, and educational institutions, to foster collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships. My mission is to create a positive and supportive environment for all personnel and families at Fort Sill, and to uphold the values and standards of the US Army.
