Operations Team members were made aware of their individual powers and responsibilities. Separate sets of documentation were generated for Company's Operating Core and Middle Line for ease of use, including translated documents in local languages. Storage layout was reorganized according to the internationally recognized 5-S practices as a first step towards Just-In-Time manufacturing. A holistic Quality Control mechanism was built, which covered Product and Process based Quality Maintenance. The Methodology proposed covered entire work from Seeding till Delivery of packaged product to Consumer. Existing work processes were improved to cope up with current expansion plans.

Part of the Village Fieldwork Segment (Internship #1 - VFS) of Institute of Rural Management, Anand. It included 3 components.1. Semi-Ethnographic study brief on Undithal village, Block Gogunda. A stay of 1.5 months in village environment with a focus on study of the village life and psychology of villagers. Built a holistic view of the village, its topography, culture, economy and public policy implementation. Utilised the knowledge gained to work on Rural Action Component (RAC).2. Qualitative research project on exposure and reaction of people to mobile advertising in Chhali panchayat. Included semi - structured interviews and Focus Group Discussions to understand usage of mobiles and consumer behavior towards Mobile based advertising.3. Organizing of livelihood intervention camp in Undithal (RAC) - Campaigned, planned and executed a suitable training camp and try to achieve maximum participation from Chhali panchayat residents. Understood approach deficiencies and brainstormed on ideas to improve footfall into existing programs of Aajeevika Bureau.
