Arnaldo Gorziglia is Founding Partner at ARTEAGA | GORZIGLIA (www.agycia.cl).Mr. Gorziglia is head of the Corporate Practice Group and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing of all kinds of projects, specifically infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring and capital markets.He has a vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, project financing, corporate structuring, securities markets, investment funds, corporate and commercial counseling, legal counsel to foreign and local companies regarding corporate reorganizations.In 2007 Mr. Gorziglia founded his law firm. Before that, he worked in Morales & Besa, where he has partnered since 2004.After studying an LL.M. at Duke University in New York, USA (1998) Mr. Gorziglia worked at Bingham McCutchen LLP (1998) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, NY (1998-1999). In 1994 he received the degree of Licenciado en Derecho from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Mr. Gorziglia is an Arbitrator of commercial and infrastructure disputes and Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile's School of Law since 1999.
