Design and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during technological upgrades or operational changes. • Technology Integration. Recommend and help select new software, systems, or tools that address operational needs. Oversee the deployment of new technologies, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into existing workflows. • Process Optimization. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve service delivery. • Training and Support. Train employees on new systems and technologies to ensure effective use and maximize the benefits of new tools. • Performance Monitoring. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and measure improvements in performance and efficiency. Make adjustments as needed based on performance data and feedback. • Client Consultation. Offer expert advice on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep organizations competitive and innovative. • Vendor Management. Work directly with dental technology vendors to architect features to meet the needs of the greater dental community.
