Hired as deputy logistics manager, I constantly grow in the company as a logistics manager from 2003, then the logistics service included the freezing activities from 2008 and the shipment service from 2012.Key contributions:• Member of the committee of Strategic direction• Supply-chain Management: o Responsible of all logistics purchases, packing flows, freezing activities and shipment service (900 pallets, 30 000 cases, 170 deliveries shipped per day)o Setting up of different processes of reception, order pickings and shipmentso Chief Operating Officer of a warehouse of 6000 pallets (Sofrigo branch)o Transport scheduling. Follow up of deliveries, disputes with hauliers.o Establish the pre-invoicingo Setting up the dematerialization of the delivery notes, pre-invoices, earning daily 2 hours of work and a ream of paper• Audit and overhaul of the logistics purchasing strategy: o Manage an annual budget of 6.5 M€ (freights costs, warehousing, vehicles…)o Diversifying the number of suppliers in order to increasing and securing the quality of service, and to optimising the freight costso Results achieved: 15% decrease in freight costs and fall of 30% of disputes with hauliers• Project management:o Participated in designing a cold store and drafting its IT specificationso Installation of a pallet scanner allowing for an automatic check of the order preparations. Results achieved: significant decrease of more than 15% in our rate of disputes with our customers
