Currently Chief Operations Officer of SARIA's SINOVA division, I have over 30 years' experience in a variety of sectors, including agri-food, textiles and the record industry. My career as CFO and then CEO has enabled me to develop solid expertise in leading organisational transformation strategies and managing complex projects.I have led long-term industrial transformations, such as the design of a 5-year industrial master plan and decarbonisation projects to achieve ambitious SBTI targets (-42% by 2030).I also managed strategic initiatives such as setting up shared service centres, hedging tool and process on commodity markets (cereals and energy) to secure margins and strengthen resilience to market fluctuations, and implementing ERP, TMS, S&OP, Dashboard and BI systems to guarantee efficiency gains, optimised resource management and improved business monitoring.As a member of Sinova's board, I played an active role in building up a new European business unit with 2,500 employees and sales of one billion euros.My skills range from strategic agility and complex problem-solving to strong leadership of multicultural teams.
