In the MINRO Lab, at IIITB, I primarily work on Image Processing and its applications in Deep Learning. I work on Image Similarity among Feature Maps for every layer in a pre-trained CNN architecture. Different Image Similarity Algorithms, like ORB, SSIM, T-SNE, Euclidean Distance, are implemented on the Images of Feature Maps, and insights are studied.

Developed a pipeline that detects cell ageing by scrutinizing the methylation index of the cell, using Python and Deep Learning.Linear Regression was used and the Epigenetic Clock Developed showed 42% more accuracy.Written articles for the Chapter Website.Made sure unity prevails among teammates.Events and Outreach, Publicity of events done.

My major focus during this tenure was to intricate the field of Computational Biology and Machine Learning together.I worked upon finding effective Solutions to Cancer Detection.The harmful Mutation is Identified by observing different harmful genes like BRCA1, BRCA2, HOXB13, MSH2, MLH1 ML detection is better than most of the prevalent Cancer Screening Techniques.

Built a real-time lateral movement detection model, that used remote-sensing Image encryption.This would go on to be a part of a Unified Threat Management System.The best part about this Internship was the mere opportunity to work with the best brains in IIT KGP, and it also gave me an opportunity to study the relation between IoT and Cybersecurity very closely.
