As a Chief Technology Strategist, I am responsible for developing the technology vision and strategy to support the overall business objectives for some of Microsoft’s largest Enterprise Healthcare and Manufacturing customers. I lead technical resources in communicating the value of Microsoft’s strategy, solutions and partners to a broad range of people across multiple customers, and drive relationships with technical leaders from senior executives and down. My role includes coordinating and guiding the account team on all technology-related matters and acting as the voice of the customer to prepare my extended team for customer interactions and support necessary to help my customers through their digital transformation.
