CurrentGlobal 7500 Business AircraftPerform routine production assembly operations structural sub-assemblies using manual and automated processes.Work in manufacturing production department. Perform a variety of manual operations including drilling and fastener installation on an assortment of detail parts (aluminum) while working from manufacturing specifications, procedures and instructions.Operate Skyjack Scissor lift and Articulating boom lift.Load aircraft panels into jigs; perform aircraft panel installations into various parts of the aircraft (over wing, forward, aft and belly).Adhered to production specifications for a production quota daily, include assisting other assemblers to keep production consistent.Applied quality control by ensuring sub-components met with industry standards/production guidelines.Ensured assembly production stations were properly configured with required materials, allocated sufficient for sub component installation, and all assets were available to meet/exceed production quotas.
