During that surgery, something went horribly wrong, and I contracted lower limb compartment syndrome in both of my legs. This left me in need of ankle braces to be able to walk properly.A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), dated May 24th, 2017, confirmed while using braces I can walk, climb a ladder, and meet a heavy physical demand level of work. Since this FCE was accomplished, I have continued to improve on shoes and bracing, as well as physical conditioning.During a In-flight Instructor Pilot Evaluation, dated November 20th, 2017, I confirmed I am satisfactorily able to fly a level D simulator. I rented a DA-2000 simulator from Flight Safety International. I was found able to perform all normal and emergency procedures requiring use of foot movement in a safe and satisfactory manner.July 3rd, 2018, I conducted a Medical Flight Test, supervised by the FAA, to confirm my flying ability. Again, I rented a DA-2000 level D simulator from Flight Safety International. Again, I was found able to perform all normal and emergency procedures requiring use of foot movement in a safe and satisfactory manner.November 9th, 2018, I completed a Recurrent Training Program at Flight Safety International on the Falcon 2000 (DA-2000). I am now current DA-2000 Pilot in Command pr FAR 61.58.

I also served as a Safety Coordinator during a recovery boiler, and smelt dissolving tank demolition and rebuild, insuring compliance with OSHA and maintaining a safe work environment. My tenure as Safety Coordinator incurred no major accidents or incidents.

Soon thereafter, St Thomas and Vanderbilt hospitals of Nashville, started their heart transplant programs, and I provided flight services for them as well.
