Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, inspecting and repairing all aircraft systems on G650 aircraft to include avionics systems such as FMS, Autopilot, FADEC, TCAS, DME, ADF, SATCOM, Fuel Quantity, Hydraulic Systems, Flaps and Ground Spoilers, Fly by wire flight controls, ECS. Testing of Honeywell avionics package and power on systems that includes MAUs, MRCs, MCDUs, IRUs, BPCUs, GCUs, and flight guidance panels. In flight troubleshooting. Troubleshooting of these systems requires use of electronic and hardcopy engineerring diagrams, electrical schematics and fault isolation manuals.

Fort Pierce, Florida Area

Responsible for final assembly and testing on several aircraft models to include avionics systems such as Dynon glass display units, Garmin G1000 integration, Pro Line 21 integration, transponders, autopilot, fuel management and verification, GPS units, electronic trim and flap systems, interior and exterior lighting, engine run-up testing and troubleshooting. Final assembly work consisted of installation of wings and horizontal stabilizer unit, push rod linkage adjustment and verification of tolerances are met with flight controls. Flight testing of aircraft to ensure performance to specifications and adjustment of systems as required. Verification of navigation systems and all avionics systems while in flight. Engine runs, flying hours on the aircraft to meet delivery criteria.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Enginerring of concerts in all produciton positions. Production management, team lead while on-sight during set up and tear down. Ensured on-time concerts and satisfied clients. Design and routing of system cabling, fabrication of audio equipment racks, termination of multi-pin connectors, signal flow troubleshooting, speaker replacement and repair, system tuning and installation.
