• Legacy Data Migration 27-July-2012 to presentDuties:
• Responsible for logging of all legacy meta data, along with the electronic preparation of such for upload to a new Document Control System which will be rolled out for company use in 2013/2014..

• As the lead Document Controller on several deep water projects my responsibilities are as follows:
• Responsible for Document Control system set up and systems coordination with the client, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Trained users on document control process, system functionality and utilization in accordance with Document Control project/contract specific procedures.
• Process technical and vendor data via an electronic document control system.
• Coordinated document receipt, cataloging, distribution, control, and storage. Retrieved reference documentation for users.
• Maintained logs and indexes to provide status of documentation.

• My responsibility as SURF Project Cost Coordinator were as follow:
• Tracked offshore labor costs, offshore / offsite premium payments and Compensation Accruals and as- built data for the Deep Blue vessel.
• Assisted in the revitalization and reformatting of Q/A Procedures to the Technip standards. In addition, assisted SURF Cost Controllers with records management and maintenance regarding SURF projects.
• Generated monthly, quarterly and annual offshore labor cost reports for projects and finance, assisting Sub-contracts and the Procurement Manager with correspondence, meeting coordination, in addition to expense.
• Assigned to Planning/Scheduling department to analyze and consolidate As-Built Vessel Data
• Served as Assistant to the Senior Finance Officer and assigned the task of interfacing data from ASSET KEEPER and CITRIX SOLOMON in order to streamline and coordinate with Projects, Finance and Accounting Departments.
