Twenty (20) years of extensive field of experience in Health & Safety Professions focusing on Oil & Gas Onshore Facilities Project, Constructions Oil Refinery Plant, erection of LNG Storage Tank, Pipeline project, Commissioning, Wastewater treatment plant, Cooling Seawater Facilities, Port and Berth Expansion including Start-up of Plants, Sub-stations, Marine, infrastructure projects (roads, Sub-Stations and Fire Station) & etc. Site Supervision, Technical review, Vessel HSE Inspection, reporting of safety matter & other related Engineering details. Also, has the experience of handling works in an operating plant such as Tie-ins, Plant Turn-Around-Shut Down works, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & similar operations under stringent working conditions pertaining to safety aspect & requirements.Competency:• Proficient in Contractor Safety Management System assessment with working knowledge in HSE review of project drawing in accordingly International Standard. • Experienced in development and audit work processes for permit to work system.• Actively involved in HSE Documents develop & review, SOP (Safety Operation Procedures) including HSE Orientation program, Emergency Management Plan, Specific Instruction for Simultaneous Operation, HSE Case Review, Hazard Effect Register.• Knowledge with Risk Assessment methodology, Pre-Start up Safety Review and Commissioning (PSSR), Management of Change (MOC), on site JSA, HAZID, HAZOP, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Environment and Safety Studies workshop including review for project and current facilities.• Competent in conducting accident/incident investigation, analysis, generating the required reports including preparation of lesson learned.
