I work with STI College City of San Fernando as an IT Technician for 12 years. I am an IT Technician, responsible to monitor and repair Network connections run additional cable if needed, and also providing preventive maintenance, overhauling repairing PC and cleaning (virus) of 135 computer units including printers, fax machine, troubleshooting and itemizing the extent of damages and repairs needed. Furthermore, I set work plans and job standards to meet schedules, and ensure they are well implemented, perform and identify parts, materials, and school facilities material (requirements), for hardware, software, network installations, install operating system and anti- virus.I am also in charge of the requisition of all required materials (spare parts) computer units for repair purposes. Keep records of job accomplished, prepare and submit status reports, attend periodic meetings to discuss status of the assigned work and conditions of the units. I also repair other electronic accessories such as: fax machines, hubs, monitors, radios, colored and laser printers, televisions and telephones.I am a capable and qualified person performing necessary duties who always put value in work.
