Source candidates through Job boards, Passive searches, Employee referrals, Data banks, Personal networks,s and Job postings as per the requirement.• Exclusively pre-screening the candidates to validate the credentials against the job specification.• Re-format the candidate's resume and tailor summary information to enhance readability and to ensure a candidate has the best possible opportunity of being selected for the interview.• Orient the candidates to take the interview as scheduled by the client and follow up until they are done with their onsite interview and join the organization.• Working on different types of IT roles.• Making sure that I am communicating with the client properly to avoid any confusion
