-Transporting and delivering goods and/or items to clients or business in a safe, timely manner.-Examining and/or reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that orders are complete, and charges are right.-Helping with the loading and unloading of materials from the delivery vehicle.-Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients by answering any questions they may have and handling their complaints.-Rescheduling deliveries with customers.-Completing and submitting logs and reports.

-Provide customer service to all customers, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.-Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and other related services.-Process payments for rentals, ensuring accuracy of billing information-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed-Provide assistance in the loading and unloading of vehicles-Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues to management-Handle customer complaints in a professional manner-Utilize computer systems to track customer data and generate reports
