Also, Managed alternative print products such as direct marketing inserts, envelopes, specialty products and direct marketing directories.

Managed the print production and quality of 200 directories with a print budget of $31,000,000.Directed supplier relations of two major directory printers, insert and magnet suppliers.Coordinated with Marketing as the print lead on implementation of several innovative projects that included:Execution of DEX directories transition from two color to process color.Facilitating the print processes for producing several specialty sections in the directory.Managed the Printing Department database and reports for scheduling and supplier quality and timiness.

Supervised internet team with diverse functions such as website content collection, url registration, customer service, website hosting, supplier relations, website revisions and Sales training.Developed action plans with team to achieve Employee Satisfaction goals of over 80%Reduced cycle time for registering customer urls from five days to two days.Continued early company efforts to implement improvements in website performance.Improved website performance by providing content resolution that improved customer satisfaction.

As the first darkroom technician for Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, I developed a photographic process to convert photos into stipple images that became the standard style used for WSJ portraits.
