Roof-extension for shade on the external seating area was designed and built, and electricity was installed outside.• I found flaws in electronic design of bass guitar pedal, making us halt the project. I was able to get rid of 80% of the distortion. Ridding 100% needed new electronic design & new PCB which was financially unattractive.

• Reconstruction of houses damaged in the Kosovo crises:• Responsibilities: Monitoring of House-Reconstruction, communication with house owners, contractors and municipality. Coordinating the local monitors. Ensuring building materials are used according contract, and that contractors do their work according construction and electrical standards. Being a stand-in Manager for when the boss was on leave.Results:• First phase (within 8 months) 350 houses were repaired and rebuilt with private funds.• Second phase 350 houses were built in Rahovec Municipality by Dorcas with EU funding.• Many destroyed houses were cleared away with help from Dutch KFOR and private contractors.• For building sites that were not progressing, I devised 8 choices my monitors and/or the house owners had to choose from to get out of the deadlock.
