Seven and half years of experience as a quality manager/officer. One year experience with calibration. Flexible and fast learning (e.g. SAP-ERP at GEA, building websites, managing Google Ads accounts and learning to speak two new languages in recent years).Strong in finding problems (testing) and solving them. Experienced with different target groups, languages and cultures. Fluent in six languages: Dutch, English, German, Albanian, African and Macedonian.ParticularitiesI spent a total of 15.5 years in the Balkans, where I learned Albanian and Macedonian. Since July 2020 working as quality officer at GEA FS in Weert. It would be nice to find a job closer to home in Sint Oedenrode/Eindhoven.Career Summary• Quality: I prevented re-occurrence of problems with many products. • I achieved Quality improvement of the design of our Air Quality Monitor (choice of sensors, size of airflow tunnel, position of filters) during its development. We managed to build a good functioning prototype.• I found a lack of quality information and awareness about that among the team and fixed that.• Set up quality system for Macedonian-American Software company in North Macedonia.• Set up calibration room. Adding calibration instructions to software and firmware.• Set up a start-up company for bass-guitar pedals, from sourcing components to end-testing.• I found electronic faults in design of bass-guitar effect pedal and found solutions.• I created and implemented quality control system in Dutch factory producing water purification installations. Result: significant drop in qty of complaints.
