After 5 years of data management and analysis experience in investment banking, I moved into healthcare in 2004. Initially providing insightful analysis within a large teaching hospital trust, I have since gained experience in delivering BI software, transformational analysis and developing successful analyst teams within a healthcare commissioning environment.From 2015 to 2018, as Head of Analytics at AGEM, I led a team of around 15 analysts, along with a number of project managers and software trainers.
