As a current graduate student pursuing a Master's in Finance at Southern New Hampshire University, I am passionate about leveraging my academic background and diverse work experience to drive impactful financial decision-making. I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor's in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and hold an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Northwest Vista College. Since 2023 I have been employed at USAA as a Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Representative. With over 8 years of customer service experience, I have honed my communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, both in-person and in call center environments. I am eager to apply my knowledge of finance, combined with my strong customer service background.I am excited to continue expanding my expertise in finance and look forward to connecting with professionals in the industry.
