I was responsible for costs and daily operations for wells in Williams County. Job allocations for employees, daily production optimization and cost reduction. I had different vendors provide hands on training for the employees. it improves safety and knowledge.

Supervise Fracing and Coiltubing operations

Responsible for cased hole supervision, failure analysis, fishing operations, scheduling of work over operations to optimize production, safe operations of crews, and failure analysis. Work with engineers on new procedure development. Track well failures of all producing wells. Supervise Field Operators.

Responsible for supervision of field operators AFE & LOE tracking, work over operations, Fishing Operations, and daily equipment maintenance. Went with lease sale to Anadarko petroleum.

Responsible for LOE & AFE tracking. Supervised field operators and roustabout crews. Worked with landowners on problems that arise in our production fields, and worked with the BLM to do on sites for CBM projects. I went with sale to Kerr McGee.

Responsible for putting costs of jobs together for AFE's, tracking of LOE & AFE expenditures. Worked on installation of new facilities, and upgrading of old facilities for oil & gas operations. Supervised workovers on rod pump, plunger lift, unidraulic, and coal bed methane wells. Worked on drilling and completion of CBM wells. Designed and installed CBM gathering systems and water discharges. Worked with BLM doing on sites for drilling operations and infrastructure routing.

Responsible for daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment, including scrapers, dozers, water trucks and blades. Repaired air systems, hydraulic systems, engines, drives and crack repair. Fabricated parts for heavy equipment and welding repairs.

Built new Tanks, 3 phase heater treaters, and 3 phase horizontal free water knockouts. Installed new bottoms in production tanks, vertical & horizontal heater treaters, truck/trailer repair, and heavy equipment repair. Operated loaders and backhoes. Operated all types of Artificial Lift Systems (plunger lift, rod pump, Unidraulic system and Kobe Systems, submersible pumps, & progressive cavity pumps). Gas: Installed and repaired liquid ring, blower, screws, and recip compressors. Operated booster stations. Helped design and supervise installation of booster stations for natural & methane gas, pipeline infrastructure in methane fields, supervised drilling operations of methane wells, and all well completions.Welding & Fabrication: Welded using stick, MIG, TIG, and oxyacetylene. Frame and crack repair on all types of heavy equipment using both dual shield and stick rod. Installed liners on haul truck beds, dozer faces and scraper cans.
