- Maintain and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Cloud Backups, Local Backups, and VMware- Establish specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements, designing system infrastructure- Establish system by planning and executing the selection, installing, configuration, and testing of server hardware, software, and operating system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.- Secure system by conferring with vendors and services; develop, test, evaluate, and install enhancements and new software.- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to technical difficulties with operating systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Timely update of incidents to communicate the plan, progress, and estimated resolution time.- Research multiple incidents with common symptoms and identify the root cause. Apply the resolution across any affected IT environments.- Assist distant team members in analyzing and troubleshooting of complex problems utilizing remote support tools.- Administrator of specific corporate applications, responsible for keeping the applications current, developing and presenting training on the applications, and monitoring the applications for up-time.- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Research, identify, investigate, recommend, and implement new technologies (hardware and software) to improve value to customers.
